Our guarantee

A College Recruiting Service With a Money-Back Guarantee. Two of Them.

Hiring recruiting help is a big decision, and most families are asked to carry all of the risk. We think that's backwards. Here's exactly how our pricing and guarantees work, in every sport we serve.

Money-back guarantee. $3,000 of it only when your athlete gets a roster spot.

The fear every sports parent knows

You want to help your son or daughter chase the dream, but you've heard the stories: families spending thousands on services, showcases and profiles, and ending up with little to show for it. It's a fair concern. Recruiting help is an investment, and you deserve to know what happens if it doesn't pay off.

So we built our service so that you don't have to wonder. Our success is tied to your athlete's.

Exactly how the pricing works

Our college recruiting service is $6,000 total per family in baseball, softball, football, soccer, lacrosse and basketball, split into two payments:

  1. $3,000 upfront. This starts the work: evaluation, planning, school list, preparation and outreach.
  2. $3,000 when your athlete succeeds. The second payment is due only when your athlete signs with a school or earns a college roster spot. If that doesn't happen, you never pay it.

Half our fee depends on the outcome you actually care about.

Guarantee #1: Money back if your athlete doesn't get a college roster spot

If your athlete doesn't earn a college roster spot, you get your money back. We take that guarantee seriously, which is why we're honest on the first call about whether we believe we can help. We'd rather tell a family "not right now" than take on an athlete we don't think we can place.

Find out where your athlete fits. It's a free 30-minute call with Chase.

Guarantee #2: Money back after a career-ending injury

Every sport we serve is physical, and injuries happen in ways nobody can control. If your athlete suffers a career-ending injury, you get your money back. When a family is already dealing with the heartbreak of a career cut short, the last thing they should be worrying about is what they paid us.

Between the deferred payment and these two guarantees, your family is protected either way. We'll walk through the complete terms with you before you commit.

What we do to earn the second payment

Every family starts with an honest evaluation of where their athlete fits today: Division I, Division II, Division III, NAIA or junior college. From there we build a target list of programs where your athlete can realistically play and earn a degree, and we help tighten up video, emails and the way your athlete talks with coaches.

Then comes the part families can't easily do alone: opening conversations with coaches through people they already trust. When interest turns into visits and offers, we help you compare schools, aid and playing time clearly. The goal isn't just any roster spot. It's the right one, where your athlete can play, grow and graduate.

Why we can offer this

Guarantees only mean something when the people behind them know what they're doing. Chase Grant is a former Division I player who spent six years as the recruiting coordinator at Palomar College. He's coached in the San Diego area for many years, teaches at the college level, and has built a network of current and former college coaches and mentors who trust his evaluations.

We only take on athletes we believe we can help, which is exactly why we're comfortable putting our own fee on the line.

Questions to ask any recruiting service

  • What is the total price, in writing?
  • Is any of the fee tied to results?
  • What happens if my athlete doesn't get a roster spot, or gets hurt?
  • Who will we actually be working with, and what is their background?
  • Is it a multi-year contract, and can we get out of it?

We're happy to answer every one of those on a free call.

What families say

“Chase single handedly helped my son get into college. He wasn't the biggest or fastest kid, but with his guidance and network it made a huge difference and opened up an opportunity that might not have been there.”
Dave Martinez (parent)
“This was super beneficial for my son as he really developed over the course of his high school career and received a d2 scholarship. I do not know where he would be without the guidance and expertise of a real college coach and former pro player.”
Jeff Walker (parent)
“We did not really know the landscape of how to play at the next level, and we finally found the blueprint of someone who cares and gave us that info in a genuine way.”
Jen Williams (parent)

Frequently asked questions

How does your money-back guarantee work?

If your athlete doesn't get a college roster spot, you get your money back. If your athlete suffers a career-ending injury, you get your money back. We'll go over the full terms with you on the free call.

Does the guarantee apply to every sport?

Yes. The price and both guarantees are the same in baseball, softball, football, men's and women's soccer, men's and women's lacrosse, and men's and women's basketball.

When is the second $3,000 due?

Only when your athlete signs with a school or earns a college roster spot. If that doesn't happen, you never pay it.

What is the total cost?

$6,000 total per family: $3,000 upfront and $3,000 upon signing or earning a college roster spot.

Why would a recruiting service offer a guarantee?

Because we believe families shouldn't carry all the risk. It also keeps us honest: we only take on athletes we believe we can genuinely help.

Do you guarantee a scholarship or a specific school?

No. No one can honestly promise a scholarship or a particular school. Our guarantees are tied to your athlete earning a college roster spot, and to career-ending injury.

Can I review the terms before paying?

Yes. We walk through every term with you on the free call, and you can ask anything before committing.
